CNC CONTROLLED SYSTEM:
	TH series machine adopts new generation integrated CNC-control system which is specially developed for operation system and uses automatic roller grinding. Dialogue soft, it is easy for learning and operation. Operator makes roller's crown and length with program and appoint curve's kinds. It calculates wheel continuous in feed path by computer and complete accurate smooth crown surface. It's quick and correct. If saving roller's data, it repeats to use forever For the requirements of work, CNC can be extended, such as sine curve, cosine curve, CVC curve, UPC curve and experience curve with outstanding expanding capability. It's has dedicated grinding command and uses for all kinds of cylindrical, tapper, end face's finely and no sparking. Control system includes PLC unit and is easy to preserve and extends using lifetime. System proves long distance analysis and monitoring, centralize and software's transmission, diagnosis, maintenance to raise service support capability.

	SBS DYNAMIC BALANCE SYSTEM:
	SBS dynamic balance system detects roller's imbalance, position and adjusts balancing block to compensate automatically to make sure controlling grinder's vibration. It net only promotes grinding surface's quality and geometry shape's accuracy but also saves time and increases wheel head's using lifetime.
	THC SERIES ROLLER BEARING SUPPORT TAPPER GRINDING:
	When roller manufacturing supplier makes new roller, roller bearing support tapper grinding is needed. It adopts x axis, z axis simultaneous girding and its tapper adopts two-way in feed to grind. It can compensate continuous in feed automatically.
	AUTOMATICALLY ROLLER PROFILE MEASURING DEVICE:
	This device measures the roller's appearance and dimension automatically no mater the roller stops or circumrotates. One set of measuring caliper places to the roller's two sides and uses measuring ruler to contact with roller's surface. One side moves position and uses computer to record roller's profile data at the same time and exports its report by monitor and printer. It measures roller's profile accurately and quickly and connects with CNC system to repair grinding error automatically. There are many other measuring devices for extra choices to meet different requirements.
